SPOON 421EXHAUST MANIFOLD
The Spoon 4-2-1 header is designed to provide the maximum balance between peak power and torque.
To develop this header, Spoon tested all possible combinations of pipe diameter, length, bends, and rotation through engine dyno, flow bench, and driving/circuit tests. The result was an extremely lightweight header (6.8kg) with substantial peak and mid-range power gains. Weight saving 50% over the OEM manifold of 11.5
SPOON EG6/EK4/EK9/DC2/DB8 4in2 EXHAUST MANIFOLD
The Spoon 4-2 manifold provides improved exhaust flow with an emphasis on mid-range power and response.
All of Spoon's headers feature the 'far insert' production method to eliminate port level differences and are assembled through TIG welding.
Spoon headers are also extremely light at 3.2kg, providing an added weight reduction benefit over the OEM 5.8kg.
The 2-1 downpipe is recommended for use with the 4-2 header. Although all Spoon 4-2 headers can be used with JDM 2-1 sections to retain the catalytic converters
SPOON EXHAUST PIPE-B
The Spoon exhaust b-pipe is designed in conjunction with the Spoon header and muffler to provide the most ideal exhaust flow while also reducing weight.
The forward position of the silencer provides higher exhaust gas temperature to increase catalyser efficiency and a higher silencing effect. An internal diameter of 60.5 mm has been selected to work with the displacement of the vehicle.
Whist it is possible to increase the power output and torque the weight saving is also of great benefit.
Can be used in conjunction with the Spoon Tail silencer or the factory muffler.
SPOON TAIL SILENCER N1
The Spoon N1 back box was developed and used on Spoon’s race vehicles and is the ideal back box for the street and circuit enthusiast.
The N1 back box provides significantly improved exhaust flow and can be used with the stock b-pipe as it uses stock style flanges.
In addition, the N1 back box is one of the lightest available, weighing only 7.9lbs (3.5kg). The tip is 65mm, same size as stock, providing a subtle appearance.
Can be fitted with a sub- silencer to reduce sound level.

The part of a racing look is removed by the strong request from the competition customers. It became simple structure.

The reinforcement plates are added to each racing junction and a head plate to each pipe exit.
-A bench test (Equal length 4-2-1 + Taper) design
