The basic form of a piston profile is that of a barrel. This desired shape which is designed to 1/1000mm is reached after being subjected to both high physical and thermal loads through both racing and bench testing. This continual process helps us to refine our understanding of optimum piston performance.

TODA's 2150cc capacity kit includes a well balanced special crankshaft (90.7mm) along with a set of TODA forged pistons and I section strengthened connecting-rods.
-The primary and secondary lobes are designed to be the same size.
-The diameter of the main shaft has been made more uniform in size along with a hollowed out inside. This gives you a cam shaft that has increased rigidity and weight savings for improved reliability and more accurate valve timing.

Increased compression ratio and strengthened connecting-rods designed to help produce higher power outputs for tuned K24A engines. Also for tuners changing to the K24A block from the original (2 liter) block, you now have a choice of TODA head gasket to complete the swap. Two TODA High Stopper Metal Head Gaskets have been designed one for DC5/EP3 cylinder heads and one for CL7/FD2/FN2 cylinder heads to work in conjunction with the K24A block.
